We have now implemented a tracking system for your Topiary Plants and Topiary Frames (with or without box plant), whereby you can track the progress of your order in transit.
Any orders solely of Shears or Shear Sharpeners will normally be sent Via Royal Mail services, and are currently untrackable on this site.

Delivery and Payment

On placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation automatically via email. Please note: You will not recieve this if you typed your email address incorrectly into the order form! 
We will then manually check your order to ensure all is well, charge your card and pass the order onto dispatch. 

Delivery, Postage & Packaging details... Upfront
All internet and mail-order businesses need to cover costs incurred by courier companies such as Parcel Force & Royal Mail. Some hide the costs in their product prices and claim 'Free Delivery'. We don't! - We list the Carriage separately & don't charge for packaging. We have tried to be as fair as possible given delivery charges dictated to us by those couriers and kept our prices low whilst maintaining superb quality.

Total order value up to £150, delivery within Mainland UK £6.00 (Outlying islands & Eire £12.50)

Total order value £151-£200, delivery within Mainland UK £10.50 (Outlying islands & Eire £20.00)

Total order value £200 upwards, delivery within Mainland UK £13.95 (Outlying islands & Eire £29.00)

Above prices apply to all plants/goods under 2mtrs in height and 30kg in weight

Orders Over £250.00 in value include FREE Delivery within North London, East London, Central London, North West Kent, Essex, Herts, Suffolk, Cambs.
For some of the larger plants beyond £250, where delivering outside of the areas above, these cannot be couriered by the services listed in the header. We would have to quote individually & deliver these personally. Use any of the 'drop down'  delivery rates in the shopping cart when you order, as we will amend the carriage cost and advise you prior to charging your card.

Someone must be available at the delivery address sign for the goods received. However, we can leave orders in a safe place at your property, if our couriers deem it safe to. i.e in a porch/garage, or if you request this.

Any payments due to topiaryshop must be paid in full prior to delivery by Credit/Debit card, Cash or Cheque*. Payments should be made payable to Topiaryshop.co.uk.

*cheques must be supported by a valid cheque guarantee card. Terms of sale
