1. Payment must be received in full on delivery of the goods.

2. A signature for goods delivered will be required upon delivery.

3. The title of all goods remains with TopiaryShop.co.uk until our bankers have cleared any payments received. However, risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

4. We cannot accept responsibility for stock damaged, or lost after delivery, nor will we guarantee living stock after care passes to the customer. However, if the customer has reason for complaint, we will consider all complaints made within 7 days from date of delivery. All complaints will then be thoroughly investigated.

5. All stock delivered is in excellent condition, and is believed to be true to name & form.

6. Any orders received by us are subject to acceptance, and does not guarantee supply. We will endeavour to contact the customer as soon as we become aware that we are unable supply a particular product.

7. We aim to deliver goods on the day we specify, however, we will not be liable if reasons beyond our control prevent us from doing this.

8. Returned goods can only be accepted at point of delivery.

9. An order placed with us is confirmation that you have read and agree to our Terms Of Sale.

10.Cheques received by us and subsequently returned by your bankers unpaid, will attract a Unpaid Cheque Fee of GBP50.00. This fee will apply each time an item is returned unpaid.

11. We may at our discrention, extend you credit terms. If we fail to recieve payment within our stated terms as per our invoice, we reserve the right to charge a one time late payment fee of £20.00. For every additional full day the account remains overdue, we reserve the right to charge 2.5% of the outstanding amount daily in respect of late payment fees.

12. Placing an order with us constitutes you having read, understood and agreeing these terms.
